David is a Junior Associate at SAI Law and Economics, where he joined in January 2022 as an Analyst. He has professional experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business valuation, and strategic and financial consulting. He has participated in projects in various industries including health, manufacturing, entertainment, leasing, among others.
He holds a degree in Financial Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2021.
