Since joining the firm, Diego has participated in various national and international merger notification procedures before COFECE , as well as in legal advice to companies involved in investigation procedures for monopolistic practices and barriers to competition. Likewise, Diego has participated in the preparation of legal opinions on competition matters regarding the commercial policies and projects of various companies, in different sectors, such as food and beverages, electronic commerce and digital platforms, finance, among others.
Diego holds a degree in Law from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey and Higher Education and a diploma in amparo trials granted by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
