Francisco has experience advising national and transnational clients in the area of compliance, assisting in the evaluation of the planning and execution of commercial practices, the prevention and management of potential risks and the development of compliance programs. Before the authorities, he has participated in investigation procedures of absolute monopolistic practices, barriers to competition, authorization of concentrations and authorizations of cross-participation in hydrocarbon matters. Before the courts, Francisco has participated in administrative litigation through contentious administrative trials and in amparo matters in its various instances.
Francisco holds a degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
