Sasil is an associate in the area of antitrust. With 10 years of experience, Sasil has advised transnational companies in various sectors, particularly in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, retail and home improvement industries. Her practice has focused on regulatory compliance, participating in risk analysis, deep dive audits and the creation of risk mitigation plans.

Sasil advises companies on the evaluation of business practices, strategic agreements and daily operational decisions with potential impact on economic competition, ensuring that their actions comply with the regulatory framework with an approach that helps companies operate efficiently, optimizing their decision-making processes and improving their damage control strategies.

Throughout her career, she has worked with multiple companies in the development of internal policies and guidelines designed to ensure compliance with applicable antitrust regulations. In addition, Sasil has extensive experience in proceedings before antitrust authorities, especially in investigations related to monopolistic practices and unlawful concentrations. She has represented companies both as intervening third parties and as investigated agents, also participating in programs for the reduction and exemption of sanctions.

Additionally, Sasil has participated in the notification of concentrations of various operations with both national and international scope, including acquisitions of global businesses, commercial real estate portfolios and client portfolios of financial institutions, among others.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM). She has a C1 level certification in English awarded by the University of Cambridge (B2 First with grade A, recognised as Level 2 in the UK National Qualifications Framework and level C1 of the Council of Europe).
