Poultry Industry – Chicken Legs and Thighs
SAI successfully represented domestic producers of chicken legs and thighs against imports from the United States sold at dumping prices. The defense of the Mexican industry’s interests extended to a binational panel established under Chapter XIX of NAFTA, confirming the strength of the firm’s legal and economic strategy.
