SAI has represented various national and international economic agents to obtain benefits from the penalty reduction program under the Federal Economic Competition Law. SAI represented Young & Rubicam in securing benefits from a penalty reduction program, despite the fact that such a mechanism had not yet been incorporated into the Federal Economic Competition Law.
